What’s new in DXC Assure Claims v.21.3?

With an intent of keeping up with the business needs of its global user community, DXC Assure Claims v.21.3 introduces several New Features, Enhancements & Improvements along with important Compliances & Regulatory updates.
New Features

The new features introduced in DXC Assure Claims v.21.3 make the application user-friendly, robust, and flexible to accommodate business scenarios to perform operations. The key new features included in this release are:
  • Introduction of Light/Dark modes and Color themes in the Configuration Manager zone
    Video Demonstration of the Light/Dark modes & Color themes in the Configuration Manager zone
  • Integration with Verisk to provide Loss Location specific weather reports*
Enhancements & Improvements

Several feature, interface, usability and performance related improvements and enhancements have been introduced in DXC Assure Claims v.21.3 that greatly enhance user experience. The key enhancements and improvements included in this release are:
  • Enhancements in the Data Collection module* 
    • Ability to associate Rule based Approvers  
  • Better organization & segregation of Mail Merge documents based on their Type in the Xybion ECM*
  • Digital Transformation within Assure Claims (cont’d…) 
  • Enhancement in the ability to Print Checks at the Bank Account level
  • Easy identification of the Current Adjuster on the Adjuster lookup window
  • Ability to make the SSN field Mandatory or Optional based on State Jurisdiction    
Compliances & Regulatory Updates

The enhancements around compliances and regulatory updates introduced in this release are:
  • EDI Claims Release 3.0 & 3.1
  • PAID (Provide Accurate Information Directly) Act updates for MMSEA
