What’s new in DXC Assure Claims v26.1?

DXC Assure Claims v26.1 introduces a set of targeted enhancements designed to strengthen compliance, improve operational efficiency, and simplify day to day claims processing for customers.

This release focuses on delivering practical business and technical value through compliance driven controls, expanded API integrations, and usability refinements.

Improvements & Enhancements

1.Opt In / Opt Out Support in the Messages/Texting Feature

This release introduces recipient level opt in and opt out controls for outbound messages and text communications. Before a message is sent, users can clearly determine whether a recipient is eligible to receive communications, helping organizations align messaging practices with consent requirements and privacy expectations. By making consent status visible and enforceable within the application, this enhancement helps reduce compliance risk while supporting transparent and responsible customer communication.

2.Reply URL Expiry Period for Secure Messaging

Adds configurable expiry controls for secure message reply links, improving data security and reducing exposure from inactive or outdated message access.

3.Jurisdiction Driven Claim Configuration Controls
  • Jurisdiction Based Filtering of Claim Type Codes
  • Jurisdiction Based Filtering of Claim Status Codes

These controls help enforce jurisdiction specific rules more accurately, reducing configuration errors and improving consistency across regions.

4.Integration of New ODG APIs in Reserve Analytics*

Reserve Analytics has been enhanced through the integration of new ODG APIs, expanding the scope of data that can be exchanged programmatically. This enables tighter integration with upstream and downstream systems, supports more advanced analytics scenarios, and reduces reliance on manual data handling. Customers can leverage these APIs to improve the timeliness, consistency, and quality of reserve related insights.

5. Ability to Upload Files to Claims via API-based MBR Import Tool*
The API‑based MBR Import Tool now supports uploading files from S3 bucket location directly to claims as part of automated processes. This allows documents and supporting materials to be programmatically attached to claims, reducing manual uploads and streamlining content handling. The enhancement is particularly beneficial for customers operating high‑volume, batch‑driven, or integrated environments.
6. Support for Multiple Vocational Rehabilitation Service Records
Allows multiple vocational rehabilitation service records to be associated with a single claim, improving accuracy and reducing workarounds in complex cases.
7. Implementation of New UX Style Guidelines
  • Header and Footer Layout Refinements
  • Refined Central Pane Layout and Spacing
  • Improved Left Hand Pane Styling and Readability Enhancements
  • Popup Window Styling Standardization
  • Calendar Styling and Interaction Standardization
  • Grid Control Icon Size Enhancements
  • Dashboard Right Hand Panel Layout Refinements
