What’s new in DXC Assure Claims v. 24.2?

With an intent to keeping up with the business needs of its global user community, DXC Assure Claims v.24.2 introduces the following improvements and enhancements:
 
Improvements & Enhancements

The following are the usability and performance related improvements and enhancements introduced in DXC Assure Claims v. 24.2:
  • Digital Transformation in Assure Claims (contd.)
    • Ability to access the PMI screen in view-only mode even after making a Payment *
  • Introduction of a new “Job State” for correct job status reporting of API-based Import/Export Jobs *li>
 
Customer Resolutions

The following is the issue resolution provided for customers in DXC Assure Claims v. 24.2:
  • Using Record Numbers to streamline the Data Collection process
  • “Class Description” column added for an enhanced Staging Policy Download experience
  • Improved Diaries functionality for an enhanced user experience
  • Addition of an ability to record Validation Errors on the EDI History window
  • Introduction of the “Adjuster Transfer Threshold” to trigger an automated Adjuster Transfer Job
