RISKMASTER 18.2 New Features and Enhancements

RISKMASTER  18.2 introduces the following new features and enhancements:

  • ‘Zone Navigation’ across the RISKMASTER application.
  • An ‘expand’ and ‘pop-out’ feature on ‘Enhanced Notes’ and ‘Attachments’ modules making navigation to  other screens possible.
  • Makes Reserve Worksheet module available for Carrier Clients as well, allowing them to simultaneously process Multiple Reserves associated with a Claim.
  • ‘Medical Certificate Number’ field to capture multiple medical certificates of an insured on the Case Management, Word Merge, Executive Summary, Record Summary and Power View modules.
  • Improved rmA–LSS integration by enabling ‘Automatic Matter Creation’ for LSS assignment.
  • Option for selecting the default ‘Country’ for users across regions which affects settings and validations pertaining to fields like Currency, Zip Code, States, Phone Number format etc. based on the selected country.
  • Offers ‘Clone’ and ‘Launch’ features in the ‘Word Merge’ module enabling users to make copies of existing Mail Merge templates and directly launching the Mail Merge application by bypassing the various setup steps.
  • ‘Multilingual’ support across various modules.

RISKMASTER 18.2 New Features and Enhancements – Australia region localization

RISKMASTER 18.2 introduces/offers the following new features and enhancements:

  • A new Business Rule Engine Module for Visual Product Modeling System (VP/MS).
  • Introduces PAYG withholding support for calculating HELP, SSL, TSL and SFSS.
  • Makes V-Codes available on WC and Non-Occ. Claims enabling capture of information about patients’ injuries.
  • Allows users to work with ‘Jurisdictional Fields’ on the ‘Non-Occupational Claims’ window.

 

RISKMASTER 18.2 enhances user experience by migrating numerous RISKMASTER features and modules from the base application to the latest UX standard.

RISKMASTER  18.2 restricts access to all old rmA UI features and modules which have been migrated to the new UX interface. However, user must visit rmA UI for accessing Enhanced Policy Module, Utilities and Help features. Access to RISKMASTER UI (legacy) is provided from rmA UX itself.

Effective with release of version 18.2 in July 2018, RISKMASTER  will discontinue support for hosting application on a 32-bit process. Going forward the application will only be hosted on a 64-bit process.

Additionally, RISKMASTER ends support for legacy components/tools and related VB executables with the release of version 18.2 onwards as most of them are now available on SAP DA or .Net platforms. Therefore, DXC recommends its clients to use the modern versions of these components/tools if they are planning to upgrade to version 18.2 or later.

With this release RISKMASTER also shares information for integrating IBM Watson conversational APIs.
