RISKMASTER 18.1 enhances the efficacy of the existing RISKMASTER Deductible module with by adding new features and bringing some essential layout changes. It provides the capability to decide the required reserve types to be mapped with deductible reserves. Also, a new checkbox ‘Restrict Payments’ is added on ‘Deductible Detail’ screen for SIR deductible type, which helps the insurer to restrict the release of payment until the deductible amount is received.
RISKMASTER 18.1 provides support for CMS (MMSEA, SCHIPs and MSA) reporting. As per governmental regulatory reporting requirement, it is mandatory for all Medicaid/Medicare and SCHIPs entities under the Mandatory Insurer Reporting for Non-Group Health Plans (NGHP) or Section 111 of MMSEA 2007.
RISKMASTER 18.1 provides the capability to access the documents attached at Event level.
RISKMASTER 18.1 adds ‘Medical Certificate’ Button on Case Management Window, which allows users to attach multiple medical certificates with the case.
RISKMASTER 18.1 introduces Goods & Service Tax (GST) functionality in RISKMASTER base application. It allows GST calculations for the financial transaction captured in the claim’s lifecycle.
With RISKMASTER 18.1, the ‘Jurisdictional Rule’ tool is migrated from Visual Basics 6.0 to Dot Net Framework 4.5.

If you are planning to upgrade from any prior release version to rmA 16.3 & above, please make sure that you have converted your:
- Legacy word merge templates available in ‘.doc’ (Microsoft Word 2003 and before) into ‘DOCX’ format
- The ‘.fdf’ (files with .fdf extension used in FROI/SROI/State forms etc.) files stored in ‘rmA Document Management System’ into ‘PDF’ format
