With an intent of keeping up with the business needs of its global user community, DXC Assure Claims v.21.2 introduces a multitude of New Features, Enhancements and Improvements that accord greater agility and improved usability.

The new features introduced in DXC Assure Claims v.21.2 make the application user-friendly, robust and flexible to accommodate business scenarios to perform operations. Some of the key new features included in this release are:

- Introduction of the DXC Assure Claims Workflow *

- Introduction of Copart, Inc. as Vehicle Salvage Partner *

- Claims Scan powered by PremonitionTM now offers an In-suit functionality *

- Availability of the Event Level Person Involved on the Claim Screen

Several feature, interface, usability and performance related improvements and enhancements have been introduced in DXC Assure Claims v.21.2 that greatly enhance user experience. Some of the key enhancements and improvements included in this release are:

- Enhancements in the Life Claim LOB *
- Ability to add a Bank Account number via Amount Item Account (AIA) Mapping with DXC Assure Product/Rule Engine
- Implementation of DXC Assure Product for Post-mortem Interest (PMI)
- Coverage inclusion for Annuity and Non-Annuity Policies

- Enhancements in the Data Collection module *
- Newly added Approve & Reject buttons on the Data Collection Form screen
- Ability to Email/Attach a PDF copy of the Incident Report Summary form upon submission
- Ability to Migrate Data Collection Configurations and Powerviews from one Environment to another
