20.4 Current Release Information

New Features

The new features introduced in DXC Assure Claims v.20.4 make the application user-friendly, robust and flexible to accommodate business scenarios to perform operations. Some of the key new features included in this release are:
  • Integration of DXC Assure Claims with Premonition TM *
  • Digital Transformation within Assure Claims (Phase 1 cont’d.…)
  • Introduction of Vendor Quotations for General Claims (Property & Unit)
  • Video Demonstrations of existing features 
    • Improved Integration with Mail Merge
    • Improved Integration with Viewpost*
  • Introduction of “Explanation of Benefits” (EOB) Upload Tool
  • Implementation of new APIs for the “Search” function
  • Capability to automatically send Email/Dairy Notifications to Adjusters on New Attachments

 
Enhancements & Improvements

Several feature, interface, usability and performance related improvements and enhancements have been introduced in DXC Assure Claims v.20.4 that greatly enhance user experience. Some of the key enhancements and improvements included in this release are:
  • Improvement in the Life Claims LOB*  
  • Enhancements in the Data Collection module*
  • Introduction of Group Association in Administrative Tracking  
  • Improved Sisense Dashboards and Reports*
  • Autosuggest feature for the County field
  • Inclusion of a new field – License State, for CLUE reporting
  • Improvements in the Client Program Module*
  • Addition of Email field on all Supplemental and Administrative Tracking screens.
  • Implementation of WCAG 2.1 (Phase 4)
