What’s new in DXC Assure Claims v.20.1?

With an intent of keeping up with the business needs of its global user community, DXC Assure Claims v.20.1 introduces a multitude of New Features and Enhancements that accord greater agility and improved usability.
New Features

The New Features introduced in DXC Assure Claims v.20.1 that make the application user-friendly, robust and flexible to accommodate business scenarios to perform operations are:
  • Integration of Xybion Document Management System*
  • Integration of IBM Financial Crimes Insight for Insurance (FCII), v3.0* (Phase 1)*

  • Enhancing Support for Multiple Split Payments Across Reserves in a Single Transaction
  • Ability to Perform Calculations in the Amount Fields of Exported Excel Files
Introduction of Driver (Field) On Unit (Vehicle) Screen Automatic Processing for Manual Payments
Exporting Filtered Search Results as PDFs Introduction of an Additional Lookup Option for Entity Fields
  • Enhancements in The Life Claim LOB*
    Improved Adjudication functionality
