What’s new in DXC Assure Claims v. 25.4?

DXC Assure Claims v. 25.4 delivers a range of new features, usability improvements, performance enhancements, and compliance updates to meet the evolving needs of our global user community.

 

Improvements & Enhancements

The following updates have been introduced in DXC Assure Claims v. 25.4:

1.Implementation of New UX Style Guidelines (Phase 2)

  • Redesigned User Interface Icons and Toolbar Buttons
  • Standardized hyperlink colors for consistency across the application
  • Improved grid functionality for better data visibility and navigation
  • Refined styling for accordion and tabs to improve readability and user experience
2.Integration and Enhancement of new ODG API (Phase 1)*
  • A new Official Disabilities Guidelines (ODG) API has been integrated to replace the legacy version, which will be deprecated by end of 2025 
  • Within the ODG interface for Workers’ Compensation and non-Occupational claims, the Data of Injury field is now auto-populated using the claim’s Date of Event  
3.Claimant Address Synced & Displayed on the MSP Navigator Portal *

Claimant Address fields are now included in the MSP portal feed, enhancing claim management and ensuring MSP compliance.

4.Enhancements in API-based Import Tools *

This release introduces significant data integration improvements to three key API-based import tools:

  • File upload capability added to the API-Based MBR Import Tool, enabling direct attachment of files to claims
  • File Upload control added to the API-based PUS Import Tool for streamlined data import
  • File upload control added to the API-based HR interface Import Tool, improving HR data integration  
5.Automatic Deployment of Silent Outlook Add-In for Non-Admin Users *

A single centralized installation of the Silent Outlook installer now provisions and activates the Outlook add-in for both administrative and non-administrative users.
