What’s new in DXC Assure Claims v. 24.1?

With an intent to keeping up with the business needs of its global user community, DXC Assure Claims v.24.1 introduces the following new feature, enhancements & improvements, customers resolutions and compliances and regulatory updates:

 
New Features

The new feature introduced in DXC Assure Claims v. 24.1 is as under:

  • Introduction of an embedded Claims Dashboard on the Claim screen*
 
Improvements & Enhancements

The following are the technological, usability, and performance related improvements and enhancements introduced in DXC Assure Claims v. 24.1:

  • Enhancements in the Life Claim LOB*
    • Ability to access the PMI screen in view-only mode even after making a Payment    
    • Inclusion of support for the Policy Coverage fields on the Query Designer and Localization Setup screens
    • Implementation of business logic across multiple fields
    • Removal of non-essential fields from the Policy Coverage screen
  • Digital Transformation in Assure Claims (contd.) …
    • The API-based HR Interface Import/Export Tool is Generally Available (GA)* 
    • Availability of an added option for uploading the Import File during the MBR Import process 
    • Availability of an upgraded Weblinks Setup screen in the Configuration Manager zone

 
Customer Resolutions

The following is the issue resolution provided for customers in DXC Assure Claims v. 24.1:

  • Using Record Numbers to streamline the Data Collection process*
 
Compliances & Regulatory Updates

The enhancement around compliances and regulatory updates introduced in this release include:

  • Ability to view OSHA Forms 300 and 301 extracts in CSV format
