What’s new in DXC Assure Claims v. 23.1?

With an intent of keeping up with the business needs of its global user community, DXC Assure Claims v.23.1 introduces the following feature Enhancements & Improvements, and Customer Resolutions: 

 
New Feature

The new features introduced in DXC Assure Claims v.23.1 make the application more user-friendly, robust, and flexible to accommodate varied scenarios to perform business operations. The key new features included in this release are:

  • Complete redesign and reorganization of the Configuration Manager zone
    • Deprecation of the legacy Utilities zone
    • Complete integration of Configuration Manager with other zones
    • Video demo of the reorganized Configuration Manager zone and the deprecated Utilities zone
  • Introduction of the Rebuild History Tracking (subtask) for History Tracking in the Claim Scheduler*
Enhancements & Improvements

A few feature, interface, usability and performance related improvements and enhancements have been introduced in DXC Assure Claims v.23.1 that greatly enhance user experience. These include:

  • Digital Transformation in DXC Assure Claims (contd. …)
  • Enhanced API-based Import/Extract Tools to support Custom Data Exchange Requirements*
  • Availability of more Task(s) and Screen(s) in the Configuration Manager zone

      • History Tracking
    • Claim Scheduler (Tasks)
      • Custom Import
      • Custom Extract

  • Ability to enable/disable access to Verisk’s MSP Navigator®*
  • Enhancements in the Life Claim LOB    
    • Movement of Financials from the Coverage level to the Policy level
  • Availability of Melissa Address Autocomplete and Address Verification & Validation features on multiple screens*
  • Implementation of Financial Key Payment Limits
