New Features
The new features introduced in DXC Assure Claims v.20.2 make the application user-friendly, robust and flexible to accommodate business scenarios to perform operations. Some of the key new features included in this release are:
- Ability to append email contents from Outlook as Enhanced Notes to Claims or Events*
- Introduction of Claim Flow Summary
- Implementation of Phase 2 of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.2
- Ability to configure the Policy Search Screen
- Implementation of User Payment Limits at Policy and Coverage levels
Enhancements & Improvements
