  2. RISKMASTER Accelerator 17.2 introduces \u2018Stop Pay Check\u2019 under Funds with a new and more effective workflow. It enables users to perform \u2018Stop Pay\u2019 on multiple check at a time, and maintains the history for each record.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. RISKMASTER Accelerator 17.2 brings a new function called \u2018Supervisor Transfer\u2019 under Maintenance Module. The function allows users to transfer the claim from one supervisor to another, in case the immediate supervisor is absent due to some reason. You can filter the claims to be to transferred on the basis of on Claim Type, Claim Status, Accident State, Assigned Adjuster and Jurisdictional State, from the Supervisor Transfer window.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. RISKMASTER Accelerator 17.2 provides an improvised version of ISO filling system, which enables user to view the history of ISO filings within a claim, and monitor the status of filing including data submitted to ISO and response received from ISO. User can save the data in PDF as well as in Excel format.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Riskmaster Accelerator 17.2 ensures improved security while sending Claim Acknowledgment Letter to Org. Hierarchy levels when an adjuster is added to the claim, by enabling the system to generate a confirmation pop-up with \u201cGenerate Claim Letter\u201d button. It is based upon Microsoft\u2019s ClickOnce technology. The acknowledgment letter is copied to all the levels only when this button is selected.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. RISKMASTER Accelerator 17.2 adds new features to the existing modules to ensure better utility.
    \nAdjuster Transfer:<\/strong> You can filter the claims to be to transferred on the basis of on Claim Type, Claim Status, Accident State, Assigned Adjuster and Jurisdictional State, from the Supervisor Transfer window.
    \nDiary and Enhanced Notes: \u2018Color Code Filter\u2019 feature with ten colors selection is now available on both the modules (UI and UX).
    \nOrg. Hierarchy:<\/strong> \u2018Org. Hierarchy Search\u2019 option is added under Search Module to search Org. Hierarchy data. Also, the same option is available in the drop-down list of \u2018What Type of search do you want to create\u2019on Query Designer.

  7. RISKMASTER Accelerator 17.2 allows users to set-up grid state in their preferred language from Dashboard > Welcome Menu > Global Settings > Grid State Tab.
